Sean A. Trainor
PhD Graduate Student
I am a third year Ph.D student who focuses on the defensive capabilities of fish scales. My work involves usage of a micro CT scanner, 3D geometric morphometrics, 3D printing, and studying mechanical stresses with Finite Element Analyses. Future areas of research include cursory material science and computational deformation of biological structures.
